Boris Johnson "deeply saddened" by fatal stabbings

Boris Johnson MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip has released a statement regarding the recent stabbings in Hillingdon.

Uxbridge and South Ruislip MP, Boris Johnson said: “I am deeply saddened by the fatal stabbings that have occurred in Yiewsley and West Drayton over the last few days which has resulted in the deaths of 16-year-old Ionut Elvis Tacu and Dariusz Wolosz. My thoughts and prayers go out to families and friends of both victims at this time.

"I have spoken with the West Area BCU Commander, CSI Wilson and he is keeping me updated with developments in both investigations. There continues to be an increased police presence in the local area and anyone with any further information in relation to either of these incidents should speak to local officers or call 101. I continue to offer my full support to the Police both in Hillingdon and across the country in their efforts to tackle knife crime.”
